Returns & Refunds
Returns will be accepted with authorization, please call the manager at 519-943-1299 within 7 business days of you receiving the order. No returns accepted after 10 business days. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging to receive replacement or credit. No opened packages or broken strands will be accepted. No returns on books or publications, cut products such as chain, leather, etc. or special order items. All items must have been bought online.
If your order arrives damaged, there is a visible manufacture defect or if you receive the wrong item, please let us know and we will arrange for exchange or return and refund.
